Registration and Fees

How to Register

There are two ways to register:

1. Register online
Note: You must log in to register online. If you do not have an APWA account, you can create one (there is no cost, and you do not need to be a member of APWA). If you do not know your username and/or password, there is an option to recover them. If you believe you are a member of APWA but are unable to access a member record, please contact APWA Membership Services at 800-848-APWA (2792).

APWA Member Agencies: If your city has an APWA agency membership, please note that individuals must be listed on your agency's roster to receive the member registration rates.

Full Registration

Full registration includes entrance into the exhibit hall, all education sessions, Sunday welcome reception on the exhibit floor, Monday and Tuesday lunch on the exhibit floor, refreshment breaks, the Snow Celebration Reception, and a Wednesday technical tour.

APWA Member: $575 before March 8; $675 beginning March 8
Non-member: $825 before March 8; $925 beginning March 8

One-Day Registration

One-day registrations are available Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. One-day registration includes entrance into the exhibit hall and education sessions. Sunday includes the welcome reception on the exhibit floor. Monday and Tuesday include lunch on the exhibit floor. One-day registration does not include the Snow Celebration Reception, but you may purchase a ticket separately.

APWA Member: $270
Non-member: $370

Expo Only Registration

Expo only registrations include entrance into the exhibit hall only. Sunday includes the welcome reception on the exhibit floor. Lunch is not included on Monday or Tuesday.

Sunday: $50
Monday or Tuesday: $40

Guest/Spouse Registration

If you wish to register a guest or spouse to participate in social activities with you at the Snow Conference, contact snow@apwa.net to request a Guest/Spouse registration. The cost is $125 and includes entrance to the exhibit floor, the Sunday welcome reception on the exhibit floor, and the Tuesday Snow Celebration Reception. It does not include lunch on Monday and Tuesday, or the Wednesday technical tour.

Winter Maintenance Supervisor Certificate Workshop

Attendees must pre-register and purchase either a full registration or a Sunday one-day registration, and then also pre-register for the workshop.

APWA Member: no additional fee
Non-member: $50 additional fee

Winter Maintenance Operator Certificate Workshop

Attendees must pre-register and purchase either a full registration or a Tuesday one-day registration, and then also pre-register for the workshop.

APWA Member: no additional fee
Non-member: no additional fee

Public Fleet Management Certificate Workshop

Attendees must pre-register and purchase either a full registration or a Sunday one-day registration, and then also pre-register for the workshop.

APWA Member: no additional fee
Non-member: $50 additional fee

Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Responder Course

No additional fee but must pre-register.

Technical Tours

Available to full registrants only. Attendees must pre-register and purchase a full registration, and then also pre-register for one of the tours.

DEI & First Timers Breakfast—New This Year!

Attendees must pre-register and purchase either a full registration or a Monday one-day registration, and then also pre-register for the breakfast.
